Unfortunately, she inputted an incorrect e-mail address, and so when the prior renter failed to return the chosen gown on time, the company couldn't reach us to inform her and select another option. The night before the event, a strange dress arrives, causing near hysteria.

After many tears, a sleepless night, and the realization that Amazon can't deliver an affordable dress on time, we headed out to SFA on Saturday and waited for the store to open.

Lora greeted us warmly and assured us we would be successful finding a floor-length, size 4, dress code compliant gown for $300 or less. In less than an hour, we found said dress. I was never pushed toward a dress I couldn't afford. And an honest opinion on the fit and look was a welcome kindness.

Then came a critical alteration and SFA's next hero, Vina. Vina took a fitting and promised to complete it THAT DAY. After Vina leaves, we're still anxious about whether the dress will be completed by 5, and Lora assures us if Vina gave her word, it will be done. We arrived at 5 for the pick-up, and my daughter was absolutely exquisite. Thank you Vina!”
